4. Annual Celebration & General Body Meetings.
Every year, General Body meetings were conducted at Shalimar Restaurant Hall with objective of discussing our activities for the past year and to plan for the next year. Every members are invited for the Meeting and feedbacks are taken from each one of them for the betterments. In addition to this, Annual Arts Event(Online & Offline) were also conducted on the same day with cultural programs. Also, every year we celebrate Onam-Eid festivals with participation of all our members & their families. Arts Event is organized by Lalcares Arts Club under close monitoring of President & other Admin Panel members.
5. Annual Sports Event.
Every year, Lalcares Qatar Annual Sports Competition is conducted at Messaid Sports Centre. The Activities are organized by Sports Club includes Cricket,Football,Badminton,Athletics & Tug of War Competitions.
